Business Resilience Manager

As Business Resilience Manager within Ecolab’s Global Business Solutions+ (GBS+) & Enterprise AI organization, you will lead the execution of a critical capability—ensuring the continuity and resilience of essential global services. GBS+ is a multifunctional shared services platform supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Legal, HR, Real Estate, and Automation across five global locations. In this role, you will own the development, testing, and continuous improvement of business continuity and resilience plans, enabling both GBS+ and AI operations to withstand and recover from disruptions.
