Business Risk Manager - Cash Digital Assets

Job Summary

• Responsible non‑financial risk management to enable front to back, seamless, client focused delivery and reduction of residual risk for the Transaction Banking Cash Digital Assets business.
• Work with stakeholders across 1LOD including relevant Risk leads, 2LOD and 3LOD to streamline processes, enhance productivity, reduce risk and improve controls for non‑Financial risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Tracking and validating the residual risk and treatment plans impacting the Digital Assets business, including reviewing secondary metrics and OREs to identify root causes for incidents.
• Work with product, process owners and 2LOD partners to define treatment plans to address risk and reduce the risk profile.
• Partner with the Cash Product team to ensure that the relevant risks for all new or materially changed products are managed through treatment plans and actions.
