Business Selection, Reputational Risk & Conflicts (BSRRC) Specialist

Your role

The BSRRC Specialist supports UBS Conflict and Business Selection processes by reviewing and analysing new business opportunities, performing conflict checks, and ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take an active, leadership role in the conflict clearance and business selection process.
• Liaise with the Global Banking business to gather relevant details and perform conflict checks.
• Identify and resolve complex issues arising during the conflict check process while managing team expectations around outcome and turnaround time.
• Lead strategic projects such as enhanced automation, streamlining of processes, and banker training.
• Work closely with Compliance and Operational Risk Control on audit and regulatory issues and responses when required.
• Generate new ideas and creative approaches that help push the business forward.
