Provides clerical and receptionist support for the Business Services Office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide clerical support for the office including: Data entry on MS Office products (word, excel & PowerPoint), processing incoming and outgoing mail, copying documents, establishing and maintaining files.Provide support with reconciliations, work paper review, and journal entry preparation.Provide back-up support for office including: answering telephones; greeting visitors; providing information; taking messages; informing staff members of callers’ needs and requests; and routing calls and visitors.Create a professional setting for front reception area and office suite. Make sure printer is loaded with paper and area picked up, clean and tidy. Education, Certifications and/or Licenses
