Business Setup / Company Formation Executive (UAE)

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Setup / Company Formation Executive with hands-on experience in UAE mainland and free zone company formation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE regulations, licensing procedures, and visa processes, and be comfortable handling clients as well as government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end business setup processes for mainland and free zone companies
• Coordinate with DED, free zone authorities, MOHRE, GDRFA, and other government bodies
• Manage trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
• Process investor, partner, and employee visas, including Emirates ID and medicals
• Attend client meetings, explain procedures, and ensure timely closures
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Follow up with authorities and internal teams to meet deadlines
