As AXA XL continues to invest in its end-to-end capabilities, the Business Solution Design & Delivery Leadwill support cross-functional/cross-BU programs in the solution design and delivery. Building on knowledge of processes and systems, they will partner with business units, IT and other functions to ensure the successful roll-out of the initiatives.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

The Business Solution Design & Delivery Lead will independently shape and own Program wide deliverables within the BSDD scope of work which can entail the coordination of multiple sub projects or workstreams for large transversal programs for AXA XLs most complex transformation initiatives. This can entail the coordination and leadership of several internal or external team colleagues.
