Business Support Analyst for HCM Cloud

Drive system efficiency as a Business Support Analyst for Oracle HCM at our organization. Provide expertise in business processes and ensure functional excellence for Cloud applications.

Reporting to the Manager HCM Applications Support, this role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud systems. The Business Support Analyst will ensure seamless operation of HCM processes, coordinate testing, and develop specifications for critical projects. A proactive approach to managing both daily operations and improvements will be key to success.
