Business Support Supervisor - Supported Living and Shared Lives

We are seeking an organised and proactive Business Support Supervisor to lead a small team across services based in Welwyn Garden City and Bishop's Stortford. The role includes managing three Business Support Officers and two remote Senior Officers, travelling across between sites, so a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential. About the role: You will split your time between remote working and site visits, providing day-to-day guidance and support to our Business Support Officers, ensuring high-quality business support is delivered across all locations. You will oversee workloads, ensure processes are followed, deadlines are met, and support financial activities whilst contributing to continuous improvement.
