This opportunity is for a Business System Analyst, with exposure to time and attendance systems. Exposure to pay and time-off rules that define the logic for employee pay processing and time off earned are key areas of knowledge. Implementing global system enhancements, supporting time and attendance solutions, implementing system configuration and development, and developing knowledge of the businesses and solutions are key expectations of this role. A successful candidate is motivated to learn, has technical aptitude, thinks critically about both processes and system functionality, delivers change, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Interpersonal skills, effective collaboration and communication, analytical skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to work with others in a diverse culture will be key to your success in this role.
