Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment.

They are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Systems Analyst to bridge between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you will focus on supporting initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and design scalable, automated workflows. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications for RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI, and system integrations.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the department’s boundary systems, including the design and implementation of solutions for new initiatives and change requests. Strong project management skills are essential, as the candidate will handle project scoping, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and project communications.
