Opportunity Description
Position: Business Systems Administrator
Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Position Purpose: To perform day-to-day configuration administration and monitoring of PHA’s core business systems within a managed care environment. The employee will analyse business requirements, document and implement configuration changes with precision, and ensure system integrity through structured quality assurance and governance practices.
Experience: Minimum of 2 – 5 years. Experience within the Medical Scheme administration is required.
Qualifications: Grade 12 and relevant tertiary degree or diploma.
Key Performance Areas
System Configuration & Monitoring
- Monitor and maintain the Interface Management System and operational system queues.
- Manage configuration changes and integrations with other business systems.
- Monitor incomplete transactions and resolve system exceptions timeously.
