Business Systems Analyst I

**Who We Are**

Robert Half is seeking a **Business Systems Analyst I** to join our Applications, Technology and Innovation group. Our team builds on and supports the HCM, Payroll, Benefits and Time modules, currently in PeopleSoft 9. A critical integration that the team built and supports are APIs integrating PeopleSoft Time functionality with our Native Mobile App and in the near-future with a Salesforce-based web client.

**What You'll Do**

+ Documents business requirement for enhancement or defect/fix
+ Creates Unit/System Test Cases in accordance with RH procedures.
+ Communicates Business Requirements as required to other BSAs or SWEs
+ Perform Unit/System Testing as required; ensure test results are evaluated as Pass/Fail and documented.
+ May be responsible for implementing system/configuration changes.
+ Creates basic ad-hoc reports or queries in support of system functionality or user requirements.
