Business Systems Analyst IV

As an RPA&AI Analyst/Developer in this role, you will be responsible for supporting and developing AI-enabled automated processes using UiPath and other RPA (Robotics Process Automation) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools to effectively streamline and improve HR operations. You will collaborate with Business Analysts on the team to support and deliver automation and AI solutions to process owners across the organization. To succeed in this role, you should be willing to learn HR business processes and have the ability to identify opportunities for process efficiency. You should have strong critical thinking, process mapping, and optimization skills, as well as a solid foundation in programming and enterprise application systems.
