Business Systems Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors

The SuccessFactors HCM Business Analyst acts as the strategic liaison between the Human Resources department and the IT functional teams. This role is responsible for analyzing HR business processes, translating them into system requirements, and ensuring the SAP SuccessFactors suite (including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding and Payroll) is optimized to meet.

Job Responsibilities

• Process Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops with HR stakeholders to capture current-state processes and define future-state requirements for HCM modules.
• System Configuration & Optimization: Advise on and execute system configurations within SuccessFactors to align with best practices, minimizing complex custom developments.
