Our client in the Manufacturing industry is building a customer‑facing enterprise data ecosystem that serves as a universal data layer across multiple ERPs and channels. They are seeking a Business Systems Process Engineer/Solutions Architect with deep manufacturing domain experience to help define how business data is structured, standardized, and delivered as trusted data products that power analytics and KPIs across the enterprise. This is a business‑focused, architecture‑level role centered on understanding how manufacturing data flows across ERP, CRM, ecommerce, and contact center systems — and ensuring KPIs accurately reflect real operational and commercial performance.
