Business Systems & Project Manager

We’re a manufacturer of configured-to-order industrial equipment (90% CTO) with strong international momentum and a clear next chapter: of distribution growth, and systematization.

This is not a pure IT role and not a pure manufacturing role. It is a practical, hands‑on position for someone who can manage people through tasks, priorities, and project structure, while also helping improve the digital systems that support how we work.

The top priority in this role is driving execution through people—assigning ownership, creating follow‑through, and ensuring commitments are delivered across teams through disciplined project management. The second priority is business systems analysis, especially in digital workflows and internal process improvement. Experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments would be a major advantage.
