Opportunity Description
Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Specialist to lead the development of our internal digital ecosystem. This is a strategic role reporting directly to the Finance & Admin Manager / Managing Director, positioned as a process improvement partner rather than general IT support. You will be responsible for automating workflows, managing data integrations between platforms (Business Central, InfoTech, AppSheet), and ensuring our financial and operational data is seamless and accurate.
Key Responsibilities- Workflow Design & Optimization: Work with Finance, Admin, Project Operations, and Management teams to gather requirements, map existing workflows, and translate pain points into practical digital solutions.
