Business Unit Director, Oncology

Overview

The Business Unit Director Oncology is responsible for leading the oncology and hematology portfolio across Gulf markets driving sustainable growth and maximizing the value of current and future assets. The role holds full P&L accountability and leads cross‑functional teams across sales, marketing and market access to execute strategy, launch new products, and build a high‑performing agile organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: develop and execute the oncology and hematology business strategy across Gulf markets aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities across the portfolio—including lifecycle management and new indications—and lead long‑range planning, forecasting and portfolio prioritization.
