Butcher Location: Banbury Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 45 hours per week Shift Pattern: 8:30am 5:30pm, shift rota including weekends (2 weekends per month) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Butcher to join a busy and well-established Farm Shop in Banbury. This is a customer-facing role, requiring both strong butchery skills and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meat products while providing advice and recommendations to customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous retail butchery experience who enjoys working with quality produce and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
