Skilled Meat Worker

Locations: Inverell 2360 and Cooma 2630

Tenure: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $71,550 per year (plus superannuation)

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least an AQF certificate III in Meat Processing / Butchery (or equivalent)

• At least three (3) years of recent and relevant work experience

Position Summary:

On behalf of our client, Global Skilled Employment Services is looking for a skilled and experienced Meat Workers that may be assigned as a Slaughterers, Boners, Slicers, Knifehands/trimmers. This is a full-time, permanent position in a large meat processing facility.

Tasks Include:

• stuns and kills livestock

• prepares carcasses for further processing by removing internal organs and hides;

• operates switching controls to direct and drop carcasses and meat cuts from supply rails to bon...
