The Buyer (a) in the cable industry is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring raw materials, components, and finished goods necessary for cable manufacturing and distribution. This role requires an understanding of the cable industry, including knowledge of suppliers, materials, and market trends. The Buyer ensures that all purchases meet quality standards, are cost‑effective and delivered on time to support production schedules and customer demands.
Your tasks
- Responsible for the operational procurement and supply management of an assigned raw materials portfolio for high, medium, and low-voltage cable production, as well as other key components used in cable manufacturing, ensuring supply continuity, cost optimization, and compliance with company procedures.
