Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for goods and services.
- Participation in re-negotiation or termination of existing contracts if needed, according to assigned value limits and collaboration with sourcing to optimize cost savings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Process purchase requests and convert them into purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Corporate Procurement guidelines and policies (e.g. Code of Conduct, NDA, Sourcing Contracts).
- Follow the frameworks and guidelines of Category and Material Group Managers and deal with local needs.
