+ Candidate will purchase at the most favorable price consistent with quality quantity delivery and other factors raw materials equipment machinery components and supplies for development and business operations.
+ Work independently and with other purchasing and technical teams in performing a full range of Power Sports procurement functions, including tool/part cost negotiation/evaluation, cost reduction research, assigned parts/parts procurement, supplier cost/quality/delivery management and parts procurement delivery/administration
+ Acts as liaison to suppliers and project design teams
+ A liaison to suppliers and internal design teams with minimal supervision, cost assessments, monitors supplier quality/delivery and relays changes in quantity, quality standards and/or deadlines, addresses quality issues and recommends countermeasures, negotiates with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and coordinates shipment/delivery wit...
