The individual will have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and allocate resources to deliver high impact results. The candidate shall foster a strong performance and work ethic within the organization, his/her peers, fellow associates and external parties.
The individual will be seen as the expert for assigned commodities and play a key role in developing strategies that support the plant and BorgWarner globally. The candidate will provide commodity industry insight and advise and lead the strategic direction to drive competitive advantage for BorgWarner using sourcing strategies in alignment with the rest of the organization
