Opportunity Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Issue purchase orders to qualified suppliers based on operational requirements and supplier capabilities. Set up and maintain high‑volume parts within the Kanban system to support efficient material flow. Maintain accurate planning and supplier data, including lead times, safety stock levels, and ABCD classifications. Ensure material availability to support manufacturing by responding to MRP action messages and placing purchase or subcontract orders as required. Coordinate resolution of discrepant materials and manage certification requirements in line with internal policies and delivery commitments. Partner with suppliers to address delivery challenges, cost changes, and quality concerns in a timely and constructive manner.
