SPEC-Africa requires a highly experienced Buyer to oversee all procurement and purchasing functions, ensuring the timely sourcing of quality materials, goods, and services in line with company requirements, budgets, and supplier agreements. The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, monitor inventory and procurement processes, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive cost‑effective purchasing strategies while maintaining high performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Find best product for the best price, from reliable vendors.
• Assure that the acquisition of all goods or services meets the requirements of the contract as well as special specifications.
• Procure materials from suppliers (after approvals) and track from payment to delivery and closing off on system.
