Responsibilities Assist Senior Buyers in procuring required materials and services daily to satisfy operational requirements. Assist in resolving queries within the purchase process. Participate in the Process Alignment Team (PAT) to optimize service delivery and availability. Report unsatisfactory/poor-performing suppliers to vendor management. Keep up to date with market trends and new goods and services, and effectively react to changes in demand, thus enabling cost savings and competitiveness. Assist and guide end users in completing purchase requisitions. Create, issue, modify, and process purchase orders. Communicate with end users on the status of purchase orders. Assist in receiving and evaluating all quotations. Ensure maintenance and updating of pricing of goods and services on the relevant system.
