Job Title: B&W Thailand Net Revenue Management & Roll-Outs Lead

ROLE PURPOSE
The Beauty Market in Greater Asia is extremely complex and competitive, with some of our countries being the birthplace of most beauty trends. We work closely between Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Korea and Japan, to leverage each other’s portfolio, capabilities and demand insights, and our NRM and Innovations roll-out hub is the place where we centralize and lead this critical interconnected work.
NRM and Innovations roll-out hub holds within its projects, high potential of growth for Thailand! We’re currently looking to resource ourselves for success, setting up a dedicated team that will land NRM and D4C in an accelerated manner, to expand the SOA and SOS towards a high growth 2026 and competitive set-up for future years' growth.
