  • Support to Programme Manager for the updates of projects performances on ServiceNow and EBA, including budget execution, through release of Purchase Requests and follow on coordination of Purchase Orders with Acquisition department and vendors
  • Coordinating operational and administrative processes including managing all project documentation, making travel arrangements
  • Providing support for Project Managers including, but not limited to budget monitoring and procurement actions
