C2/Operational Systems Trainer

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an experienced individual with a background in weapons systems, sensors, or command and control (C2) operational experience to assist with on-site operator support and training, technical troubleshooting, and system maintenance for advanced warfighting tools and technologies. They will be utilizing previous military operational experience to act as the primary technical interface between our development teams and the warfighter.

Job Duties:
• On-Site Operational and Technical Support: Provide on-site operational support and training to specified commands during daily operations and exercises, ensuring all hardware and software systems are mission-ready.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical liaison to DoD stakeholders across all warfighting domains to solicit and communicate feedback for system design improvements, troubleshoot technical issues and assess system performance during field execution.
