C4ISR Electronics Maintenance Technician

Truestone, an Akima company, is hiring an Engineering Technician II that will be responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, cabling, fabrication, assembly, of electrical and electronics equipment. This person must be able to perform assignments with little supervision after receiving detailed initial instruction, equipment requirements and direction from his/her supervisor as needed and must be able to work independently afterwards. Constructs and assembles simple or standard equipment or parts; and services or repairs simple instruments or equipment, which may require simple wiring, soldering, or connecting. Troubleshoots and corrects malfunctions. Conduct various tests, which may require minor modifications in test setups or procedures as well as subjective judgments in measurement; selects, sets up, and operates standard test equipment and records test data.
