• Ensures optimum performance of all facilities, equipment, tools, and machines through preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Assists the Engineering Supervisor to carry out repairs & maintenance activities.
• Manages work plan assignments and coordination with technicians within the assigned area.
• Maintains systematic filing of documents.
• Maintains good housekeeping of the work area.
• Coordinates and interacts with other departments and stakeholders in carrying out tasks.
• Creates required reports and executes other tasks as instructed by his/her immediate supervisor.
• Performs other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the immediate head.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• With at least 6 months of experience in property/facility management or HVAC / Kitchen Equipment repairs and maintenance
