Cafe Assistant

As a Front of House Assistant, your primary role is to ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome and excellent service. You’ll support the smooth day-to-day running of the front of house areas.

• Greeting and welcoming guests in a warm and professional manner
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently and offering information about menu items when required
• Serve food and drinks with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Check in with customers during their meal to make sure they’re happy and have everything they need
• Preparing and serving drinks, including a variety of hot and cold beverages
• Processing payments using the till system, handling both cash and card transactions
