Cafe Supervisor

Position Type: Full‑time / Permanent (Includes weekend shifts). Reports To: Café Owner.

Job Summary

As the Café Supervisor & Lead Barista, you will manage daily floor operations, craft specialty coffee, and uphold our high standards for homemade artisanal food. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service for our community visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm hospitality and friendly service, especially during peak hours.
• Craft consistently high‑quality specialty coffee and maintain latte art and machine cleanliness.
• Assist with bread, pasta, and other kitchen preparations.
• Open and close the café, secure premises, and manage the POS/till system.
• Ensure all food, cakes and beverages are presented beautifully and meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain front‑of‑house displays, monitor stock levels, and assist with inventory rotation.
