Cainiao-Strategy manager -Singapore

1.Research and Analysis
-Conduct research on relevant industry including eCommerce, logistics and supply chain in South East Asia regions.,
-Provide deep industry insight and specific topics analysis for leadership team and drive for better decision.
2.Strategy Development
-Closely work with regional leaders and support in middle and long- term strategy development in terms of supply chain and freight business development
-Proactively develop logistics/supply chain capability building plan and push forward for plan implementation
-Propose and cascade KPI & key initiatives from BU to business team & function team level , proactively follow and engage in business strategy implementation
3.Business performance and operational analysis
-Conduct business performance and operational analysis, prepare and coordinate monthly business review
