Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide support, resolve inquiries, and address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Problem-Solving: Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions while maintaining a high level of service.
- Data Management: Document customer interactions, update account details, and elevate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- Good oral communication skills.
- Lead Generation experience (preferred but not required).
- Sales/ Insurance/ Appointment Setter experience is a plus.
- Computer literate.
- Fast learner, highly trainable with good analytical skills.
- Reliable, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Value attendance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
