Job Description:
* Handle high-volume inbound and outbound communications (calls, chats, or emails) in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
* Actively listen to customers to diagnose their needs, provide accurate information, and deliver effective solutions to inquiries or technical issues.
* Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including Average Handling Time (AHT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
* Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately.
* Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Requirments:
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
* Strong active-listening skills, empathy, and the ability to maintain composure and professional decorum during high-pressure situations.
* Fresh Graduate, O Levels/A Levels.
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
