Call Center Executive (Female)

eQuranekareem is an online platform providing Quranic and academic education services to students in Pakistan and abroad. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Urdu-speaking female Customer Support Representative to join us in either the morning or night shift.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls professionally.
Communicate with clients and provide information about our courses and services.
Follow up with potential and existing customers.
Maintain customer records and update information accurately.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive experience.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets
Requirements:
Female candidate with strong Urdu communication skills.
Previous customer service or call center experience will be preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
