The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, maintaining team discipline, ensuring performance standards are met and providing essential administrative support within a high-volume legal recoveries environment. Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience supervising or managing a call centre team (essential)

Strong disciplinary and people management skills

Experience within a recoveries or collections environment (highly advantageous)

Strong administrative and organisational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office (essential)
