About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a banquet server to join our Food & Beverage team, dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the set-up and service of banquet functions under the direction of the Banquet Service Managers.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Assist in set-up of linen, china, glass, silver, and accent pieces for each function according to the banquet event order.
Qualifications
- Prior Food & Beverage experience in a similar role in a luxury resort/hotel setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedule (morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays).
- Legal right to work in Spain and fluency in English and Spanish.
