**About this role:**

**Wells Fargo is seeking a talented Campaign Analytics Senior Manager to join our growing Marketing Analytics team within Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL).**
**In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, lead and develop a team of data scientists, and play a critical role in shaping the performance of our marketing campaigns. You will conduct analysis to evaluate key marketing levels, deliver actionable in-flight reporting to continuously refine campaign performance, and generate insights that inform future optimization strategies.**
