Opportunity Description
In this role, you will strategize and develop prepaid base marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth, retention, and engagement for our existing Hotlink Prepaid base. This role is important in shaping the base marketing strategy to maximise customer value over time.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Planning — Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation and design to execution, tracking, and optimization.
- Drive revenue growth, engagement, and reduce churn within the existing consumer base.
- Work closely with the analytics team to drive data‑driven segmentation to create personalized offers and improve uptake.
- Collaborate with the Data Scientist team to build models to enhance campaign targeting and uptake.
- Explore new features and tools to enhance base marketing targeting and execution.
