**Role Overview**
Sodexo is seeking a **Campus Executive Chef** for **California State University San Marcos** . The Executive Chef will ideally have experience managing multi-site catering and residential dining operations.
This role will oversee menu execution through the culinary team, coach staff on fine dining presentation, and ensure adherence to the highest customer service standards.
The Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining food safety compliance and leading the culinary team with vision and professionalism.
