Cancer Care Pathway Navigator

The NHS is looking for a compassionate individual to join the Cellular Therapy team at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth. This role involves supporting cancer patients through their care journey, coordinating with clinical staff, and offering emotional support.

Candidates should have excellent communication and organisational skills, along with relevant NVQ Level 3 qualifications or equivalent experience. You will work closely with patients and their families, providing guidance and assistance throughout the treatment process.
