Candidate/Registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner(cANP/ANP) Crisis Liaison Psychiatry

<p><strong>Please note this role will be based primarily in the Emergency Department.</strong></p> <p>The Liaison Psychiatry Service at the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital (MMUH) offers a service to both the Emergency Department and the wards of MMUH including:</p> <ul> <li>Assessment, diagnosis and initial treatment of mental illness and disorders. Specific delivery of a biopsychosocial assessment and management pathway to those presenting with suicide-related ideation and / or self-harm in line with the National Clinical Programme for Self-Harm Ireland (NCPSHI).</li> <li>Advice and assistance in the management of common mental health presentations Support and advice with signposting to appropriate addictions services for those presenting with substance misuse difficulties.</li>&...
