About the Role
Mandarin Oriental, Santiago’s F&B Service Department seeks a Capitan de Bar responsible for the proper operation of the bar in accordance with established execution standards.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing of the bar.
- Manage service and beverage operations.
- Supervise staff.
- Maintain service and quality standards.
- Attend to all guest needs.
Qualifications
- English language proficiency.
- Experience in the role.
- Availability for rotating shifts 5x2.
