Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Sourcing & Purchasing Source used vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, direct purchases, dealers, and other channels. Evaluate vehicle condition, history, market demand, and resale value before purchase. Negotiate purchase prices to achieve optimal margins and meet budget targets.
Market & Pricing Analysis Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to make informed purchasing decisions. Determine target buy prices based on current market conditions, reconditioning costs, and sales potential.
Inventory Management Maintain healthy inventory levels aligned with sales forecasts and customer demand. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure the right mix of vehicles is available. Monitor stock aging and recommend actions to minimize slow-moving inventory.
