Card Growth & Loyalty Product Manager - Global Payment

Team Introduction The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. We are seeking a results-driven marketing manager to own end-to-end growth, promotions, and loyalty strategy for our consumer digital card business. You will lead the design and execution of innovative online rewards, cashback, and incentive programs to drive card adoption, usage, and retention, drawing on best practices from leading banks and fintech players. You will own core KPIs including MAC, TPV, and customer lifetime value. 1.
