Cardiac Intensivist, Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist Physician

The Heart Center at Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking to add an additional full-time pediatric cardiac intensivist. The incumbent will join a group of nine physicians that currently provide full-time coverage to our busy cardiac intensive care unit.

The candidate should be either board certified/eligible in pediatric critical care with significant experience or additional training in cardiac critical care; or board certified/eligible in pediatric cardiology with additional fellowship training in pediatric cardiac intensive care. The optimal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience following training.

The Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Cook Children's Medical center is a 14-bed, dedicated cardiac intensive care unit, with an additional 14 bed step down unit where the candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of specialist caring for children with congenital heart disease.
