Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist Nurse

Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in and be a part of the cardiology nurse specialist team. The post holder will work within the multi-disciplinary team to care for patients referred to the Cardiac rehabilitation team, in both primary and secondary care.

Applicants should be enthusiastic and committed and have the ability to work well and flexibly within a multi-disciplinary team. They should have proven experience of cardiology and experience in caring for Cardiology patients.

Within Cardiology we work as a team to offer excellent care for all our patients. We offer a supportive atmosphere for all staff and work to develop everyone to achieve their full potential.
